"I had a water leak problem with my basement shower when I went looking for a contractor to replace my current shower with a ceramic shower. I was in contact with 5 contractors. Some of them asked for a week's wait for the result of the quote and months of waiting to do the work. With Avalon renovation, the appointment for the quote was quick, Waheed explained his vision of the ideal shower according to the limited space I have and gave me a price the same day with work scheduled to start the following week. I found Waheed very friendly and professional. The price offered was very competitive. The work started on the scheduled date, the employees were very professional and competent. I am very satisfied with the result, Waheed found a ceramic tile that coordinates perfectly with my floor that I did not want to change. I recommend Avalon renovation's services."

"Avalon Renovations did our basement. We had a rough-in and Waheed and his team transformed it into an amazing bathroom. They also did framing and dry wall, transforming a section of our basement into livable space. Time taken for the project to complete was very reasonable. The end results are very professional, high quality, and beautiful. Waheed is very patient, kind, and accommodating. He took the time to address our concerns throughout the project. I would certainly recommend Avalon Renovations above other local choices."

"Came accross Avalon via a facebook add. I was very skeptical of doing so, but had them come in and give us a quote for a complete bathroom makeover. They came in a little lower than a competitor, but the biggest factor in our decision was Waheed himself. He instantly understood our vision and seemed excited to make it come true for us. At no point did we feel like this was about making money, he made us feel like he genuinely wanted to improve our quality of life. We trusted that he understood us so well, we gave him full creative freedom for decisions when it came to finishings, color scheme, tiles, etc. He didn't just deliver, he knocked it out of the park! A written contract was provided and the payment schedule was detailed, flexible and spread out to ensure we remained satisfied throughout the entire process. The work ethic of his employees was excellent and they were extremely respectful to us. They were always on time and often worked later into the evening. (They even came on the weekend to get the project done in time for mothers day, even though I told them it was not necessary.) If you want Master Craftsmen and absolute perfection, you may want to look elsewhere. (and pay way more $$$) But make no mistake, Avalon are more than qualified to turn your room into a more functional and beautiful space. We appreciated their work in our bathroom so much, we decided to have them rip out the carpet and install hardwood flooring immediately after! And that turned out just as gorgeous!! I can't stress this enough, Waheed is incredible to deal with! I didn't just meet another contractor, I made a new friend who I'll be calling for any future projects. He was extremely responsive to my texts and calls with any concerns. I strongly consider anyone doing a renovation, to at least have Avalon come in and evaluate your project. There were a few belishes and and dings to our walls, but these were all increadibly minor in the grand scheme of things. Rating a 5 because they are far closer to 5 than 4. 4.75 out of 5 Will gladly do business again."
